Task & Responsibility

* The position will require the individual to travel across Indonesia.

* Prepare routine report about the partnership program.
* To accommodate and solve any related problems with the partnership program.
* Coordinate with the local agro teams to ensure target achieved as plan.
* Update periodically about the raw material’s price information (such as chili, onion, carrot, etc).
* To find new ideas and solutions regarding cost saving to the raw material’s price.
* To find alternative supplier if needed.

Qualification Required

* Male, maximum 35 years old
* Minimum education : Bachelor degree in any major (preferable from agriculture or management)
* Fresh graduate are welcome, minimum one year experience in related field is an advantage
* Good communication & negotiation skill, comfortable with talking to local people or farmers

* Implementation of Holcim Ltd group standards for Raw Materials Management (RMM) systems for cement and aggregate production comprising:
- geological exploration campaign planning and execution management
- application and supervision of the use of installed QSO Expert and Quarry Master
* Gathers and analyses geological information and supervises the drilling program and all other major geological field exploration so that short to long term planning for the deposit is based on an accurate geological model. Ensures that all the data (sample record and analyses, litho logy, down hole geophysics and field geology) is collected, reconciled and accurately entered to the database.

Requirements:

* Education : University degree in geology/Mining Exploration
* Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of geology experience

* Handle monthly payroll for all staff and management .
* Follow up payment of JAMSOSTEK ( staff & management ) for monthly and have direct communication with account representative for up date data of staff.
* Handle insurance of office and staff.
* Prepare cashflow for weekly report .
* Optimize & manage the cash position of the company.
* Checking invoice and faktur pajak for customer which is make by accounting staff.
* Monitoring due date of Account receivable.
* Prepare voucher & journal for cash & bank payment and entry data to accounting software.
* Prepare voucher & journal for Account payable and entry data to accounting software
* Prepare cash & bank payment ( open cheque ) for account payable and operational expenses company.
* Handle fixed assets ( make a list and depreciation report of fixed assets ).
* Checking inventory for in and out in accounting software which is inventory input by logistic staff.
* Handle bank & cash reconciliation for monthly report.
* Have direct communication with bank officer for dealing forex ( USD & EUR ).
* Checking account balance in bank for daily report.
* Checking daily operational expenses, travelling & accomodation expenses for staff and management.
* Follow up for advance payment of staff and management.
* Handle petty cash.

Requirements :

§ Female with minimum age 30 years old.
§ Minimum S-1 Economic major in Accountancy.
§ Computer literate ( Ms. Excell, Word, MYOB Premier and e-SPT )

System Engineer

Job Description:

* The scope and purpose of the Information Technology Support is to maintain and support operation of Flight Focus life system, which 24/7 basis. The scope includes the deployment of all Flight Focus product to the customer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Ensure life system to provide agreed services that meet key performance indicators (KPIs) to external/internal customers.
* Provide 24×7 technical support to attend to any customer reports from customer service.
* To resolve the technical problem reported from customer service at the time of incident and to liaise with Customer Service about the status of reported incident.
* Should the problem reported can’t be solved on the spot, to follow the escalation procedure and update the status via Customer Service.
* Help Customer Service to generate daily required reports.
* Do deployment of the Flight Focus Application including Ground and Airborne systems.
* Make monitoring tools for Flight Focus Application system, e.g. Ground System, Flight Plotting System, Flight Following System.

Skill Requirements:

* Excellent knowledge in Linux Operating System
* Excellent knowledge in Virtual Machine System
* Proficient in Python Scripting Language (added advantage)
* Brilliant skill to use command line tool
* Brilliant skill to make and maintaining script
* Demonstrate the ability to self motivate, dependable, reliable and mature
* Excellent interpersonal skill
* Ability to work in a multicultural environment
* Brilliant communication skill both oral and written
* Ability to communicate in English in a MUST

Qualification:

* Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering related discipline
* Certified in Linux administration (added advantage)
* Certified in Database administration (added advantage)
* Minimum 1 year experience in IT Support related function in a medium enterprise
* Experience working in regional operation would be advantageous

B. PENGHARGAAN, KOMPENSASI DAN BENEFIT

2. C. IKATAN DINAS
