Our Client, AIA Financial (www.aia-financial.co.id) is seeking people to fill in positions with following experiences and skills:
1. Regional Manager (RM – AIAF)
Requirement:
* Male/Female between 30 – 45 years old
* Posses a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major
* Have experience work for Life Insurance as a Sales Manager, Development Manager, and Training Manager or similar like Regional Manager Position.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good presentation skill
* Good analytical and also critical thinking
Job Description:
* Responsible to lead and manage several agency under him/her
* Responsible to enhancing overall performance of the business. (Such as: conduct training for agent or other activities to support the agency )
* Able to see through all alternatives and choose the best possible one for the development effort
* Determine any improvement needed in agency, in order to achieve production (FYP) and manpower.
2. Recruiter (Recr – AIAF)
Requirement:
* Male/Female between 30 – 45 years old
* Posses a minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major
* Have experience at the same field or other industry as recruiter or sales manager
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Good presentation skill
* Proactive and could think out of the box
Job Description:
* Responsible to recruit Senior Leader (Agency Director/Senior Agency Manager)
* Responsible to support the new recruit in set up and developing with good result.
